B.A., Communications and Broadcasting, George Washington University, with highest honors; J.D., Emory University; Attorney at Law,  Consultant.  Expert Witness.  Member of the Georgia Bar and the Northern District Court of Georgia Bar, as well as the court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of Georgia. She was selected as Atlanta's top pick as a litigatior in 2006.

Ms. Robinson has a general practice concentrating in civil and criminal litigation with vast experience in DUI, drug defense, medical malpractice,personal injury, domestic, and bankruptcy litigation.  Ms. Robinson specializes in the representation of criminal cases involving drugs and alcohol.  She is a member of the National College of DUI Defense, a certified NHTSA Field Sobriety Test Practioner and Instructor,  Drug Recognition Expert, a maintenance technician on the Intoxilyzer 5000, a life member of the Georgia Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the Criminal Law Section of the State Bar of Georigia.  She has handled over 250 DUI cases from start to finish.  She has won many  trials and has argued over 40 motions resulting in supression of drugs, dismissals of criminal charges, nolle prossed cases, and reduction of DUI charges to reckless driving.  She has won roadblock DUI cases.

Ms. Robinson has been successful in having motions granted to inspect the Batmobile (mobile DUI unit) and to inspect the maintenance and calibration logs of the Intoximeter 5000 in various jurisdictions.

Morgan also has 30 years handling divorce, custody and family issues. She is certified as a Superior Court Guardian Ad Litem.  She has been lead counsel in several highly contestes post divorce matters including custodfy and property division. She also handles intellectual property infringement cases and represents client having an interest in purchasing, selling or relocation of intellectual property companies in Georgia, including software, investment, recording, production management and publishing companies.

Ms. Robinson negotiates record deals, screenplay deals, work for hire commissions, management agreements, and publishing and licensing agreements on behalf of various legal entities.  In addition, she represents copyright claimants in their claims for copyright infringements or registration.

Ms. Robinson represents various professional and business organizations.  She is well known in the music and entertainment industry, in Georgia as well as nationally, having served as a board member and officer of People TV, Atlanta's public access television station.  She has served as the Luncheon Lecture Chairperson of the State Bar of Georgia Entertainment and Sports Law Section.  She is an accomplished actress, vocalist and musician as well.  She has been featured on the "Layman's Lawyer", "Savannah", Emmy-winning "PowerLunch" and recently produced a jazz CD with New Yorker Joe Gransden.  She has served on the advisory committee for the Senate Music Industry Committee for the State of Georgia.  She also incorporates various businesses for publishers, producers and entrepreneurs.

Further, Ms. Robinson has served as special counsel or expert witness or consultant for various professional businesses for matters in which intellectual property is under consideration for investment potential or in litigation.

Morgan has also served as the Georgia counsel to music organizations.  Further, she has served as lead counsel in infringement cases against several multi-million dollar multinational conglomerates.

Ms. Robinson has served as an Adjunct Professor of law at the Georgia State University, Commercial Music Department, and the Music Department, and as a visiting professor at the Atlanta College of Arts, and has served on the board for People TV.  Ms. Robinson is the President of Morgan Robinson, P.C., a corporation located in Atlanta, Georgia, with offices in the Buckhead District.
